OUR STORY
Feeding Hands was founded in 2018 by 4 high schoolers (Left to Right: Daniela Sugih, Kathleen Humato, Aileen Atmadja and Meliana Budhihartanto). Observing the stark contrast between the city's abundance and the poverty-stricken areas, they were inspired to make a difference. They initiated a project to collect surplus food from local restaurants and distribute it to needy communities. Through collaboration with businesses and awareness campaigns in their school, they not only reduced food waste but also provided meals to those in need, turning a simple idea into a transformative community effort. Ever since they left to continue their further education in prestigious universities, Feeding Hands continued to bloom under their guidance.
